The weekly route
Los Angeles Hat Bar Parties
LA is on our calendar more weeks than not — home parties in the hills, rooftop venues downtown, and production-adjacent events where the bar has to look as styled as the room.
LA homes: the access conversation
Hillside houses in Silver Lake, Laurel Canyon, and Mount Washington are gorgeous and hostile to hand carts. Tell us about the 40 stairs up front — it changes nothing about price, only about how early the crew arrives and how we pack. Flat-lot parties in Pasadena, Culver City, and the Valley are straightforward: side gate, patio corner, done.
LA venues: paperwork and elevators
Rooftops and event spaces downtown mean certificates of insurance, freight elevator windows, and loading docks with rules. We do this weekly; forward us your venue's vendor packet and the requirements get handled without you translating between two vendors. For DTLA parties, build 30 extra minutes of load-in into the plan — the dock queue is a fact of life.
The LA aesthetic ask
More than anywhere else we serve, LA hosts ask for the bar to match a moodboard. Good — send it. A curated wall in two muted colorways with leather and woven patches reads editorial; we have built bars that disappeared perfectly into a stylist's palm-and-terracotta backyard. The bar is set dressing until the pressing starts, so let it dress the set.
