The overnight route
Las Vegas Hat Bar Parties
Vegas parties are quoted exactly like home ones plus a single flat $900 travel line. No mileage math, no fuel surcharges, no surprise second page.
Suite parties and bachelorette weekends
The signature Vegas booking: a rented house or strip-adjacent suite, 15 to 30 guests, and a hat bar as the Saturday-afternoon anchor between pool and dinner. Suites need the same three things as a backyard — an outlet, an 8-by-10 corner, and elevator access details from your host hotel. For bachelorettes, the bride's custom patch (a date, a new last name, an inside joke) is the single highest-value add-on; order it three weeks out.
Convention week, without the convention markup
Companies hosting off-site dinners and client events during trade-show weeks book the bar to give attendees something to wear home that is not a lanyard. We coordinate directly with restaurant private-dining managers and venue coordinators on power and footprint. Book early for the big-show weeks — CES-adjacent dates go first, every year, without exception.
The desert logistics note
Summer load-ins are timed around heat: equipment travels in a climate-controlled van and we stage indoors whenever the party allows. Outdoor evening events work beautifully October through May; July patio bars are possible but we will talk you through what 105° does to a line of guests before you commit.
